Recreational Cheerleading

RECREATIONAL CHEER

Our Recreational Cheer program is a 7–12 week session designed for beginners who love the energy of game-day cheer! Athletes will learn essential cheerleading skills including motions, jumps, stunts, sideline cheers, and band dances. The session concludes with an exciting live performance at a local football or basketball game, giving athletes a chance to showcase their new skills and spirit!

Cheer Dance

CHEER DANCE

Cheer Dance is a fast-paced, poms-style class that combines cheer and dance in a fun and engaging way. Designed for ages 5–12, this 50-minute weekly class is perfect for energetic beginners. Athletes will build confidence, stay active, and learn a choreographed routine to perform at our seasonal showcases. It’s the perfect mix of fitness, fun, and friendship!

Novice Cheer

NOVICE CHEER

Novice Cheer is a great introduction to competitive cheerleading for athletes who are ready to take the next step! This program includes a 1 minute and 30 second routine featuring stunts, jumps, pyramids, dance, and tumbling. Athletes will compete at two local events and are judged on their progress throughout the season, encouraging personal improvement. (*Tiny Novice athletes will learn flying positions and simulate stunting in a safe and supportive way.)

Prep Cheerleading

PREP CHEER

Our Prep Cheer program is the bridge between Novice and Elite All-Star Cheer. Athletes learn a full 2-minute routine that includes stunts, jumps, tumbling, pyramid, and dance. Prep teams compete at 3–4 local or regional competitions and train for a full season, running from May to April. This program provides a more advanced team experience while still being approachable for athletes new to All-Star cheer.

All Star Cheerleading

ELITE ALL-STAR CHEER

Elite All-Star Cheer is our highest level of competitive cheerleading, featuring high-energy routines packed with stunts, jumps, pyramids, dance, and tumbling—all performed in a 2.5-minute routine. This program fosters teamwork and commitment, where every athlete plays a vital role—no one sits the bench. We welcome new athletes throughout the year and encourage families to contact us about current team openings and age divisions. The season runs from May to April and is open to athletes ages 4–18.

Half Year Novice Cheer

HALF-YEAR NOVICE CHEER

Half-Year Novice Cheer is a flexible option for athletes who are new to competitive cheerleading or have other commitments during the fall. This program runs later in the season and includes two local competitions. Athletes will learn a 1 minute and 30 second routine featuring stunts, jumps, pyramids, dance, and tumbling. Half-year athletes integrate with our full-year teams and may require private lessons to help them catch up on choreography and formations.

Half Year Cheerleading

HALF-YEAR SENIOR CHEER

Our Half-Year Senior Cheer team is designed for middle and high school athletes who are busy with school cheer or fall sports. This program runs from December through May and includes 3 local competitions, with the potential for an end-of-season event if a bid is received. It’s the perfect balance for athletes who want to stay involved in cheer without committing to a full-year schedule.
